Our new front entrance is a modern, welcoming space and gathering place. It serves as an elegant reception area for the Presentation Centre next door. New bathrooms are also just around the corner. Beautiful benches and our grand piano makes this a wonderful place to meet and to hang out.

Justin V. and Mr. Groot stand in front of the grand piano. There are many times throughout the day you can find someone playing it (and mostly playing it well).

The Learning Commons

The Learning Commons is all about supporting learning. It's a very large space... the length of three classrooms!  Managed by our Learning Support department, students will find a quiet, friendly environment where help is always available. Students can also borrow a laptop, collaborate with others, and take advantage of our after school homework club. In short: a great learning space!

The Supersized Classroom

There's a brand new "supersized" classroom on the second floor. We've designed this classroom to be used in many ways. It's big enough for a large lecture hall set up with high ceilings and a big screen, but it's meant to be a flexible space no matter the need. Right now it's a math classroom; we call it the "Infinity" classroom.

Presentation Centre

The Presentation Centre, right off our new entrance foyer, will host events and be an important space for learning. It will feature 226 seats on a retractable platform. It also has a large backstage area and great tech spaces and safe catwalks to allow our students to be a big part of productions behind the scenes.

Exterior Improvements

When we asked one of our students to describe our new front facade, he said, "It looks like the future." We couldn't agree more. Project 20/20 allowed us to make many improvements to our 13 acres of grounds, including updating our driveway and parking lot and adding in a parkette. We hope you find it welcoming and an inspiring place to explore, both inside and out.

Project 20/20 gave us a much needed basement storage space as well as other areas to better manage our wonderful facility. We also benefit from various new hallways (wide enough to sit on one of our modern new benches), office spaces, and a new set of first floor washrooms, right around the corner from the Presentation Centre.
