2011-12 Bus Routes and Calling Chain information

Student transportation to and from Toronto District Christian High School is vitally important to both the school and the parents. The cost of transportation is included in tuition.

Each semester, every route is reviewed to account for new students and changing traffic issues. We use a combination of public transit and contracted school buses. In addition, some of the TDChristian High School contracted buses carry primary Christian school children for a portion of the route. Our aim is to provide an efficient and cost-effective system which best serves the needs of the community as whole. We cannot guarantee service within walking distance of students' homes. Parents are expected to bear the costs of any additional transportation required to access the TDChristian High School route.

The Transportation Council is made up of a Chairperson (who is also on the Board of Trustees), the Principal, the V.P. Admissions/Students, and local bus route representatives.
